Pages let you put extra information on your booking site, such as an FAQ, your cancellation policy or directions to your studio. Each page appears in the menu of your booking site, next to Book now.
Add a page
- Open More > Setup > Pages. You need the Configure online bookings permission.
- Select Add.
- Enter a Page name. This is the heading of the page and its entry in the menu.
- Write the page under Content.
- Select Save.
Format your content
The editor lets you use:
- headings and sub-headings
- bold, italic, underline and strikethrough
- bulleted and numbered lists
- quotes
- links to other websites, email addresses and phone numbers
Images, tables and custom colours are not supported on pages. Use short headings and lists so the page is easy to scan on a phone.
Show or hide a page
Each page has a Show on booking page switch. Turn it off to hide the page from customers without deleting it. This is handy while you are still writing it.
Show a page at one location only
If your business has more than one location, you'll see a Location setting. Choose all locations, or pick one so that page is only shown to customers booking at that location.
Put pages in order
On the Pages list, use the up and down arrows beside each page to set the order they appear in the menu.
Good to know
- The menu on your booking site only appears once you have at least one active page.
- Each page gets its own web address, made from its name when you first save it. Renaming a page later doesn't change the address, so links you have already shared keep working.
- You can have up to 20 pages.
