Manage Your Bookingly Subscription

Last updated 1 November 2026

Open More > Account > Billing to see your plan and manage it. You need the Administer Bookingly subscription permission, which the business owner normally has.

Manage Pro where you bought it

Your subscription is billed in the place you bought it, and that's also where you change or cancel it.

You subscribed

Manage it in

On the web

Bookingly on the web, using Manage on the Billing page

In the Android app

Google Play subscriptions

In the iPhone or iPad app

Apple subscriptions

The Billing page tells you where your plan is billed, and only offers Manage where it can be managed. On a device that can't reach your billing place, it tells you where to go instead.

If you reinstall the app or sign in on a new phone and your purchase isn't showing, select Restore purchases.

Cancel Pro

Cancel in the place you subscribed. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and you're emailed to confirm. After that you move to the Bookingly Free and Pro Plans. Nothing is deleted.

If a payment fails

If a renewal payment is declined, Pro keeps working while the payment provider tries again. We email the owner explaining how to fix it, and a banner shows in the app. Once the payment goes through, the warning clears.

If the provider eventually gives up, the business moves to the Free plan and the owner is emailed.

Paying twice

Subscribe in only one place. If a business ends up subscribed in two places, only the first is applied. Contact us through the chat button and we'll arrange a refund for the other.

Complimentary plans

Occasionally the Bookingly team gives a business Pro for free, sometimes until a set date. It works exactly like Pro. It ends on its own at the end of the last day and the owner is emailed. If you subscribe in the meantime, your paid plan replaces it.
