Connect your video meeting account once. Bookingly then creates meetings for your online bookings. Meeting integrations are available to appointment and service businesses.
Connect a provider
- Open More > Integrations > All integrations.
- Under Meeting integrations, select the provider you want to use.
- Select Connect and sign in to your account to allow Bookingly to create meetings.
Bookingly only creates meetings for your bookings.
When you first connect a meeting integration, it is switched on for all your online locations automatically. You can change this for each location.
Provider differences
- Google Meet needs a Google account. You can also choose which Google calendar the meetings are created in.
If it says "Reconnect needed"
If access is later removed in your provider account, the integration shows Reconnect needed, and online bookings tell you to reconnect it. Select it and sign in again.
Until you reconnect, no new meetings are created, and moved or cancelled bookings aren't updated.
Disconnect
Disconnect the integration from the same page. New online bookings then stop getting meetings.
