Setting Up Your Booking Page

Last updated 1 November 2026

Your booking page is where customers choose a time and book themselves, at any hour of the day. Everything about it is managed in one place: More > Setup > Online bookings.

Turn it on and choose the address

  1. Open More > Setup > Online bookings.
  2. Switch on Online bookings enabled.
  3. Enter your Subdomain. This becomes your booking page address, for example yourbusiness gives you a link that starts with yourbusiness.
  4. Select Save.

Once saved, your booking page link appears under the subdomain box. Share it on your website, social media and email signature.

If online bookings are switched off, anyone who opens your link sees "Page not found".

Changing the subdomain later changes your link, so anything you shared before stops working. The page tells you the new address before you save.

Before you share your link, check that your staff's working hours and your location's opening hours are correct. Those hours decide which times customers can pick.

Choose a layout

Under Booking flow layout, pick how customers choose a time. Try each option in the live preview beside the settings. Services businesses choose how customers pick a service and a time, and sports and facilities businesses choose how customers pick a court and a time.

Make it look like your business

Under Look and feel you can change the button text, corner style, font, logo size, menu position, and the banner heading and message at the top of the page. You can also write your own Booking confirmed message.

Turn page features on or off

Under Page features, switch parts of the page on or off.

Option

What it does

Show prices, durations and descriptions

Choose what customers see while picking a service.

Let customers choose a staff member

Adds a step where customers pick who they would like to book with.

Allow booking without an account

Customers can book as a guest with just their details. When off, they sign in with their email first.

Show "Add to calendar" after booking

Lets customers save the booking to Google, Apple or Outlook calendar.

Decide when customers can book

Under Booking rules you choose the time block interval, how soon before an appointment customers can still book, and how far ahead they can book.

Under Customer cancellations you can let customers cancel their own bookings from a link in their notifications. Add the {{ManageBookingUrl}} placeholder to a customer notification to include that link. Bookings that were paid for online can't be cancelled by the customer.

Choose which details customers give

Under Customer details, turn off any detail you don't need. It disappears from your booking form and nothing is collected for it.

Get an email for every online booking

Under Online booking emails, turn on email alerts whenever customers book, reschedule or cancel online. These are sent in addition to the normal notifications.
